Susanna’s List of Actions for Coping With Physical Exhaustion

Patientology 101
It is good to have a list of activities to chose from when energy levels are low. Just looking at the Therapeutic Tableau photo (above) reminds me that there is room for artfulness in our daily habits and routines including taking care of ourselves and resting well.
These actions are not in any special order and I would just pick one thing at a time to do. Try not to multitask.
- Enjoy every sip of a cup of tea (brewed properly)
- Do a Headspace meditation on balance or kindness
- Tap into an Apple Music playlist such as RX Indian chanting or RX Churchly
- Listen to a comic novel on Audible or the cloudLibrary
- Do easy PT exercises that can be executed lying down
- Sing classic Disney songs to my collie like Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Da [and] The Circle of Life
- Hold my rosary and pray
- Listen to a podcast on fountain pens, stationary, and analog tools
- Rest cure — lie quietly, breathe, and let my mind wander - w fresh cold air, if possible
- Apply DoTerra Blue Ice rub to neck and wrists or use aromatherapy oil blends on pulse points and temples
