In a daily schedule that includes 2 rounds of PT exercises, 2 walks, a minimum of 3 rest breaks, and other essential activities, are 2 rounds of “Learning, Writing, Crafting” and these are most often technology intensive activities. The threesome of "Learning, Writing, Crafting" go together in many of my workflows. Writing and crafting require skills and tools that must be refined and adapted to expectations and circumstances. Fortunately, I have found extraordinary teachers and virtual colleagues to follow in my learning expeditions.
